Goodmorning. It has been glorious here at Hideaway Ponds, the last few days. The rain has stopped and the air is fresh and clean. As I gaze out through my window, I see the dollar trees that border the east side of the bass pond. We have been visited by families of ducks, that must be cross breeds as the front half of thier bodies are white and the back half dark gray.
This is what Bob and I studied yesterday: Proverbs 4:20-27...My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to a man's whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the well spring of life. Put away perversity from your mouth; keep corrupt talk from your lips. Let your eyes look straight ahead, fix your gaze directly before you. Make level paths for your feet and take only ways that are firm. Do not swerve to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil... This is from the NIV...What I think this means in a nutshell is, don't let the devil get a stronghold.

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog and dropping me the email. As for your question, I think on the whole the world is pretty much secularised, so in some respects England is pretty much like most places nowadays. Sadly we live in a time when it's 'cool' to escape living by using drugs, porn, gambling etc...God on the other hand is 'uncool'.

I am sorry that I am not very good with pictures like you are. I think if you go to your home page and type in Louisiana Bayou Country or go to google you could get some go pictures that would be similar.
