Good afternoon from southern Louisiana. The sun is shining and it is hot! "Thank you God for the sunshine, so the ground can bring forth it's bounty!"

This is what Jesus said in John 8:12, King James version. "I am the light of the world; he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." The NIV version goes like this: When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
